They're buried in municipal portals, disconnected GIS systems, and spreadsheets, manually cross-referencing zoning records across 5,162 municipalities just to find a handful of qualifying sites. Weeks of work before a single conversation with a buyer.

Raeo was built to fix that. The technology underneath it is genuinely industry-redefining. 4.5 million parcels scanned in under a second, raw municipal data processed directly from source, a scoring engine that turns weeks of manual research into a ranked shortlist. It is, without exaggeration, the kind of technology that changes how an industry operates.

Which is exactly why we didn't lead with it.

The AI category is loud. Every platform promises intelligence, automation, transformation. Raeo's advantage wasn't the algorithm. It was what the algorithm gave back: eighty percent of a broker's time, returned. When the technology is strong enough to speak for itself, you don't need to announce it. You let it be magic.

From a blank slate, only the name existed. We built the full brand identity from the ground up. The key visual draws directly from the work brokers know intimately: layered maps. Depth, strata, information sitting on top of information. The visual language translates that complexity into something calm and considered. It says: we understand what you look at every day.

There was no reference to follow. No comparable platform had tried to give commercial real estate professionals this level of search precision through a clean, accessible interface. We had to invent the flow.

The core challenge: brokers need to express highly specific, nuanced criteria. Asset class, surface area, zoning type, road proximity, infrastructure access. We built something closer to how an expert actually thinks. A free-form text input with slash command parameters, type naturally or use structured filters when precision matters. The interface steps back and lets the expertise lead.

Results surface across list, map, and table views. Each parcel scored and ranked. Each detail layered progressively, so a broker can move quickly or go deep when the site warrants it.
